Boat is in good condition, but it is a 17 year old boat. A few items on the repair list:
Replace porta-pottie
One lower aft stay turnbuckle was bent when raising mast and needs to be replaced.
Chainplates are due for rebedding
4 wire thru-hull for mast wiring needs to be replaced.
All of these repairs are low cost but require time I don't have, which is why I need to sell.
