Partner Wanted for Catalina 22
Background:
Existing partners are bowing out. Don't buy, come sail our '82 Catalina 22 and join us in maintaining and enjoying her. The lake is full!
Your cost will depend on number of partners. Looking for 1. (We now have one new one, an international award winning sailor). We'll manage liability insurance, slip fee plus bi-annual registration.
Boat Specifics:
Pop up cabin cruiser. sleeps 2 to 4, with porta potty
Mainsail and full hank on jib (I think it's a 150)
Retractable keel, Suzuki2-stroke outboard (5 hp), 5 gal tank
Danforth anchor, new main and jib sheets, standing rigging and electrical replaced 20 years ago, includes cell phone charging station
Battery and maintainer replaced 1 year ago
Cockpit cushions, swim ladder, dock box
Power washed, teak sanded and oiled, cabin hatches clean
Cost:
As above, depends on number of partners, but around $80 a month, plus share cost of occasional repairs, etc.
