This boat has a running Universal M25XP with 698 hours, both the main and jib sails, and the running rigging was recently replaced.
I am only the second owner of this boat, and have the original owners manuals, cruising log, etc. This boat has a working 12v and 110v system, batteries hooked up to charger, etc.
It will need a bottom job, through hull replacement, and troubleshooting and repair of a/c, refrigeration, etc
