The fiberglass shows some hairline cracks appropriate for this age boat. Interior is very clean and features Vee and aft berths; vanity with marine head with holding tank located in Vee berth area; galley with 2 burner alcohol stove, sink, and built-in ice box. This boat has a pop top to increase headroom and ventilation.
There are 4 opening ports in the saloon and an opening hatch in the Vee berth. The dinette table converts to an additional berth. I am including at no extra cost an air conditioning unit that drops in the Vee Berth hatch, and a corner dock box for use at the slip.
I have had the boat for over 10 years. The holding tank and hoses have only been used once since they were replaced just before I purchased. Since I replaced the genoa with a 150, I also added two snatch blocks.
The last bottom paint was in 2017.
This boat is a great design and is in good condition.
The interior cushions are have been professionally recovered.
