It is dimensionally very similar to a Catalina 27, deep fixed keel. I have owned it since 2005.
Boat sails very nicely around 5 to 6kt. This is a great boat for small families or up to about 6 to 8 people for a nice day sail. We have spent the night on it as well. You can also easily single hand her.
We moved out of state and it just cost too much to transport this boat so we are selling her to somebody in the area.
