    Electronics: Raymarine EV-100 auto-(wheel)pilot, with p70 head unit, on pedestal; built-in (original) Corinthian II depth-sounder and knot-meter, on cockpit bulkhead; Humminbird 581i-DI fish-finder depth sounder with GPS, on pedestal; Standard Horizon GX2200 AIS/GPS VHF radio, with second, remote mic in cockpit (on pedestal); Standard Horizon HX-850S hand-held VHF radio with GPS; MMSI numbers for both radios registered with Coast Guard

    Plumbing: 25-gal freshwater; Force10 water heater (heated with engine coolant or with shore power); hot and cold running water in galley and head; shower in head; Dometic 2.5 gal portable toilet, Whale Gulper 320 remote-mount bilge pump, two deck drains, two cockpit drains, anchor locker drain

    Ventilation: Nicro solar (extractor) vent installed in pilot’s berth hatch; Caframo 12V oscillating fan in pilot’s berth; dorade-box ventilation in main cabin, with 2 PVC low-profile cowl vents; three opening hatches and five opening portlights


  • Oiled teak, except in galley and map table/icebox top, which are varnished; all cushions in excellent condition (no tears or stains)
