New main and jib sheets, new halyards.
Rudder and wood trim on boat recently painted.

Compass installed just forward of cockpit starboard side.
Sails older but in working condition with no tears.
While Precision is no longer manufacturing boats, they still sell parts.
Small electric trawling motor included
Magic tilt trailer with new tires and spare and working stop/turning and running lights.
