I'm moving out of the valley, so this going to be a good deal for somebody. She comes ready to sail, with a main and a 110 jib, both of which are in good working order.
The hull is in great shape, especially considering it's a 1984 model.
The tiller will do what it's supposed to do, but eventually I'd build or buy a new one.
Something else I would replace would be the sheets, but that switch is easy on the wallet.
As you probably know, this boat needs no registration or title, but the trailer does and I would write you a bill of sale for that. The trailer also is in very good shape with lots of life left in the tires.
