Good condition. A lot of work performed in the last year including:
New roller furling.
New Sunbrella jib covering.
Engined cleaned and tuned.
New bottom paint.
All new running rigging - halyards, jib sheets, etc.
Drop keel sanded, painted, and primed.
Rudder painted and re-rigged.
And more.
Other items of interest: cabin cushions in good shape; back stay; aluminum boarding ladder; new smoked glass, non-opening porthole on cabin hatch; porta-potti; sink; radio with 2 speakers in cockpit (not connected); cockpit cushions; extra jib sail (not in great shape); oars; hand bilge pump; and more.
She is currently kept on her trailer, rigged to sail, in FL. I never stored her in water.
Easily trailerable. The trailer has new lights, wiring, bearing buddies, and good rubber. I trailered her from NJ to FL on I95 last year with zero issues. Boat weight without the extras is approximately 1,250 lbs. Tongue weight of 120 lbs. Potters make great trailerable sailboats that can be towed with most cars and light trucks.
Reason for selling: not the right fit for me anymore. My wife and I would like to explore more of the Indian River Lagoon in FL and get around a bit faster. We will be looking to purchase the right small power boat in the near future.
She can be inspected and seen in Melbourne Beach, FL. Demo sail with the right buyer if cash on hand to purchase. I will also help take the mast down and get her ready for you to take her home. Easy peasy!
