Echo, a C&C MK1 (29.58'), is a masthead sloop rig, quality cruiser/ racer built in the heyday of C&C Yachts.
She was designed by George Cuthbertson and George Cassian and built in Ontario.
Her hull no. is ZCC291070477.
She is a freshwater boat and has never seen saltwater.
C&C Yachts was renowned for designing and building boats that are fun to sail, easy to handle and with comfortable accommodations.
Echo is certainly all of those and has been the source of great family fun for us the last few years.
Despite her racing chops, Echo sports a roomy (6' headroom) and well-appointed interior with plenty of teak.
Features include a V-Birth (sleeps one adult or two kids comfortably), large quarter birth (sleeps one adult very comfortably, more lie a double) and two settees that convert to berths. She comes with a double leaf centerline table, abundant storage, port navigation station and enclosed marine head with a sink, vanity and storage.
She sails well, is in fair condition, and awaits some TLC from a new and loving owner.
She is on her mooring in Malletts Bay ready for you to sail away and start your self-quarantine under sail in style.
No leaks. Sails, mainsail cover, bimini and dodger in fair condition, but will need to be replaced in the coming years.. The topsides and deck will need paint in the coming years.
