Really nice 1981 Hunter 27 and Trailer. I have owned this boat for several years.
I have put a lot of time into refurbishing her, but she is only about 85-90% done.
What is left to do should be easy for any handy person.
She has an inboard diesel Yanmar, 2 Cylinder, wheel steering, a new main sail and some newly recovered cushions.
She has a head with toilet and sink and an Origo two burner stove in the galley where there is also a sink and built in cooler.
The deck has been refinished with Kiwi Grip.
The mast has all new line in it.
This boat has eight opening ports in the cabin which is great to catch that nice lake breeze.
Also, I have put brand new Port Visors on each port which enables you to have the ports open even on a rainy day.
We have been rehabbing boats for over twenty years, and the Hunters and Catalinas are our favorites because they are a solid, quality boat built for the average guy.
We had the trailer built for this boat. It is made of heavy steel with two 10,000# axles. Very sturdy and capable. If you don't need the trailer you could sell it. We just sold one exactly like it for $3200.00 so you could recoup some cash there.
