Ericson 27, 1974 sailboat for sale

    I am offering up my 1974 Ericson 27. It should be considered a project boat. It is in the water on the Tennessee River and can be seen by appointment only.

    Details:

  • Cabin top is spongy.
  • Topsides leak.
  • Atomic 4 was running when last used. Does have an oberdorfer pump. Does not currently have a fuel tank installed.
  • No trailer. Ramp is available if you bring a trailer.
  • 1 set of old sails. Cannot hoist sails as main halyard has broken.
  • No leaks below water line
  • Tiller steering
  • The boat cannot stay where it is once it is sold.
