Regretfully, I'm selling my Falmouth Cutter 22 - Hull number 35, Keiki is very clean and dry inside due to never having an inboard engine installed.
Her exterior could use a wash, but the woodwork is in great shape due to the custom cover.
I bought her a couple of years ago, but the vagaries of the last couple of years have kept me from sailing her (only once!!) and I'm now looking at making a change in my life that precludes me from having a slipped boat.
Located on Lake Conroe, Texas (north of Houston).
You could have the prettiest boat on Conroe, or easily get her hauled and towed where you like. - the narrow beam (8') means that haulers don't need the special permits required on larger boats. (For reference, I had her trucked from LA to Houston for about $5k)
She has no trailer, motor is a 9.9 outboard which worked fine when last I started it up.
