Hobie 18, 1980 sailboat for sale
Grab this Hobie 18 while you still have time to use her this summer.
She flies like the wind!!
(I just got a 14 that's easier for a 72 year guy to set up.)
This 18 has a 28' one piece mast with diamond wires, a full boom, great "Sunset" sails, both main and jib.
The hulls are solid, no soft spots (stored under cover), white.
Comes with furler on the forestay.
The rudders are very good, the daggerboards are good, though the one has a bit of delam on the trailing edge.
Trampoline in fair shape (has small 6" tear on the port side rear near grommets)
Comes with an extra mast hinge, new trapeze wire sets, much extra spare hardware.

Trailer in good shape, comes with an extension that can be added to the mast cradle so you can tow with an RV/Motor home.
Everything's there to take to the lake or Bay and have a Blast!
