This is reputed to be the original "sport-boat" designed by Dave Ulmer/Ron Holder.
Brand new mast (original damaged by fallen tree), built to spec except slightly different extrusion section
All halyards oxy-cleaned this winter
Minor fairing done to the lift-keel and
Minor repairs to the rudder completed over the winter and two tillers (spare needs refinishing).
VG 90% jib and G full-batten main (battens faired over the winter for better sail shape. They were too stiff at the leading edge)
Good - Fair spinnaker with full gear (pole, sheets, pole lift and downhaul)
5 HP 4-stroke Honda outboard
Factory trailer with newer wheels/tires and bearing-buddy axles
Easily towed behind a small 4-cylinder car, initially all the way from mid-Ohio to upstate NY.
Full cabin cushions (four- two for v-berth, two for quarter-berths)
All running rigging. Traveller line could use replacing (too thick), but in good shape otherwise.
One brand new deck organizer (the original 1985 one blew apart last fall when bringing up the keel)
Misc. fenders, dock lines, custom wooden boarding/swim ladder
Both the boat and trailer fully registered in NYS
Does NOT currently have:
12V Battery or
Running lights (Weirdly, previous owner took them off)
Port-a-potty, though there is a space designed for one below.
