“Hawkeye” is a 1987 NS26 Ultra berthed on SF Bay. She is nimble in light winds, stable in challenging conditions, and a joy to sail alone or with a crew.
Hawkeye has been consistently maintained and upgraded, including a carbon fiber mast, and is ready for the sailing season.
She has an excellent dodger, VHF, autopilot, GPS/Radar, wind, speed, and depth instruments.
Recent improvements include a dripless stuffing box, and new lifelines, running rigging, sailcover, starting battery and charging system.
She is ready to cruise with several anchors, chain and rode, dingy davits, flares, safety equipment, and a strong 23hp Westerbeke diesal with only 1575hrs.
