This is the centerboard, lug-rig ketch version redesigned with a raised, cambered deck, a rugged enclosed fiberglass cabin,
self-draining cockpit, lazarette storage locker, and a self-draining anchor locker in the foredeck.
All structural mods are fiberglass.
The aluminum spars and sails are in good condition.
A motor mount on the starboard gunwale accommodates a 2.3 HP Honda 4-stroke outboard which can be operated from the cockpit with a stock Sea Pearl bimini in place (the motor and bimini are not included as they were sold with another Sea Pearl).
In addition to the original sealed flotation in the forecastle there are two large watertight compartments below the cockpit floor.
Cubbies on the cockpit's aft bulkhead and a shelf on its forward bulkhead provide plenty of storage accessible from the helm.
The boat is ready to be sailed but the interior is unfinished. It could use a raised floor, bunks, lockers, and ports.
The companionway and lazarette have sliding covers. The anchor locker lid is hinged.
The centerboard and both sheets are controlled from the cockpit.
