Description
I am selling my 1997 Capri 22 Fin Keel Version
Comes with a 2013 Yamaha 4HP outboard. I have only run stabilized fuel through this engine. It starts in one to two pulls.
Comes with a single axel Road King trailer.
All title in hand (free and clear)
One set of decent sails (main and 110% Jib)
One 135% Jib that has a ripped pocket (should be an easy repair)
One Spinnaker
Whisker Pole and Spinnaker Pole
Standing and Running Rigging in good working condition
4 working winches
8 dock lines and 5 fenders
Cooler
Boat is in reasonable condition given its age. It has some cracking/wear and tear on the fiberglass.
Teak needs to be re-stained
Comes with a mainsail cover that has a slight rip, but should be repairable

Canyon Lake, Texas
Boat is at Lake Canyon Yacht Club in a slip (available for sublease if member ~$170 per month)
