Catalina 25, 1986 sailboat for sale

Catalina 25 fixed keel.
Batteries are not charging via solar or shore power. May need to be rewired.
Great daysailer and roomy overnighter.
Pop top with standard mast height.
Honda 9.9hp 25"shaft outboard with alternator - 17hours.
I bought it brand new in the box.
shore power solar panel 2 main sails - one of which has never been used.
3- hanked on head sails - 100% and two 135%.
2 anchors - 10lb fluke and 16lb delta I use for overnighting.
Brand new 150 ft anchor rode.
All cushions in excellent condition
Pop top cover in great condition.
New bilge pump. tiller tamer and extra tiller
Porta potty - I have never used it.
Lazy jack hardware - never installed auto pilot - never used depth sounder
She is a dry boat, but as you can see in the pics the port side bulk head has water damage
I bought her that way and sealed the port chain plate.
The bulk feels solid.
Also above the porta potty has water damage.
I bought her that way and promptly left the window open during rainy season for a week.
South Florida gets a lot of water for weeks and this boat stays dry.
