Catalina 25 tall rig swing keel, 1987, sailboat for sale
This Catalina 25 tall rig swing keel with pop top for extra head room down below came from Ohio and sailed in fresh water only. She is currently in the water at the Grand Maumelle Sailing Club in Maumelle, Arkansas. Complete sanding, primer, and new Interlux bottom paint applied in May 2022. Also included is a double-axle trailer that is good condition.
Interior:
Interior cushions are complete and in very good condition;
All interior wood is original and in very good condition;
Original Swedish gimbaled alcohol stove works and is in good condition;
Marine head has been replaced with portable head. Black water holding tank and hoses have been removed for extra storage.
Sails- Rigging and Deck-
The sails are in good condition. Mainsail has two reefing points. Roller furler head sail with a 120 and a 150 genoa, and an asymmetrical spinnaker with sock are also included;
All lines run back to cockpit;
All rigging is in good condition;
Two Lewmar #16 self-tailing winches and two Lewmar #7 single speed winches;
Whisker pole;
Two anchors with chain and rode on both, Lewmar Delta and a Danforth;
Bimini;
Swim ladder;
Manual bilge pump;
The boat also comes with an extra rudder and tiller and Raymarine Tiller Pilot ST 1000 that I have never used;
Cockpit cushions.
Electrical Systems-
Original working circuit breaker panel and shore power outlet;
One house bank deep cycle marine battery and one 12 volt starter batter for electric starter on the 9.8 outboard motor;
Running lights have been replaced recently and work;
Boat came with VHF, wind instrument, and a depth sounder that I have not used;
9.8 Toshiba 4 stroke outboard electric start 2006 motor.
