Soiree is a 1987 Macgregor 26D. I’ve enjoyed sailing her since the 2011 season. Many good times and fantastic weekends on this boat. She is ready for the water right now. I’d be sailing if I wasn’t working to get my new to me boat moved. She is rigged for easy single handing. But is also a great boat for teaching new crew members. The second and third reefs are rigged for single line and can be set under sail single handed. First reef is 2 line and I rig that single handed either under sail or heaved to. With 3 head sails and 3 reef points in the main you can sail this boat from light winds to “most people are sitting at the marina” conditions.
