>[?This is a project boat but not much of one. Hull is fair and strong. Washdown and bottom paint needed.
Teak hatch boards are 90% serviceable in my opinion.
Boat has framed mosquito screens for both exterior hatches.
Interior ply berth storage hatches delaminating and need replacement.
Mast and boom and standing rigging in good shape. (Kept in freshwater to my knowledge except for Coastal Bay Cruises.)
Rudder replaced with swing down upgrade.
Gas cylinder needs replacing.
Tiller is weathered.
Needs replacement of running rigging and other lines.
Fairly new and crisp mainsail little used with cover.
Good Genoa and OK jib.
Very good trailer with spare but needs tires in my opinion if you are travelling any distance. Bearing grease fittings on hubs.
