I spent considerable time finding this CP 16/3 and was happy about purchasing her. Things change and sailing is no longer an option for me so she is for sale.
She is not a centerboard model. The 16 was the first version; 16/2 added the bow sprit; 16/3 added the foredeck hatch.

This boat is very sound and doesn’t look her age of 32 years. I’ve cleaned the interior and replaced items that weren’t in good condition or were missing.

Trailer is galvanized and in good condition. Built by a trailer mfg in Clearwater so it appears to be original.

Hull is in very good condition and keel is painted. Minor surface scratches on the front of the keel.
Mainsail is not new but in good condition with battens and one reef point.
Interior cushions have been removed.
Title and registration (South Carolina) are in order.
