ballast tanks have a slow leak into hull (common issue). Added tubing on tank seam to collect most of the leakage into containers.
Sails not new, but also not worn out.
1986 boats contain balsa wood core to stiffen deck; no known soft areas, but this is a common issue for this era (see S.P. Forum).
Not used in salt water for more than 25 years, original owner lived in San Diego then Utah.
