1989 Catalina 27 sailboat with Universal 18 HP M3-20 diesel and custom winter cover. This is an excellent boat in need of a good home. One of the last 27s made, built after Catalina redesigned the hatches and switched to an all-fiberglass keel structure (unlike earlier boats that were built with wood in the keel structure and can develop separation in the hull-to-keel joint). Clean interior, solid bulkheads, and solid decks. Regular maintenance each year. Boat includes original owner's manual and other documentation. Currently moored in Winthrop harbor.
