Com Pac 16, 1977 sailboat for sale

Two usable headsails , one main . Not new but serviceable.
The boat is structurally sound and sails well .
Outside is pretty but not pristine.
Mast base and support post was redone and is secure.
Have everything to sail .
Almost new electric motor and marine battery.
I have two boats and only room for one.
Boat and trailer have current registration.
Trailer has two new tires and an unused spare .
