The hull is in very good condition, as is the cabin -\
The engine is a 6Hp Tohatsu longshaft 2007. Last ran fine in 2019 just before I purchased the boat.
The trailer is in fair-to-good condition with new tires (less than 800 miles on them) and new hubs (zero miles-just installed).
I'm including a set of magnetic trailer lights because the hardwired lights are not working.
The sail is in good condition. I had been using it on the sister boat up until last year (see pic with two boats, the one on the left is for sale).
All hardware and rigging looks to be in very good working condition
The cushions are in very good condition -Gelcoat above and below the water line is in very good condition.
Just needs buffing & polishing -About 500 pounds of lead ingots for ballast -Rudder and tiller in good condition -No visible dings or bends in the mast, boom or gaff. Gaff jaw in good condition -All the teak is in very good condition. It is not varnished.
I was told in 2019 by the previous owner the swing keel had been replaced 2016. I have not looked at it.
This is what I know needs some work:
The trailer needs a small metal plate welded over a rust hole.
It came all the way from Connecticut to Alabama in that conditions without issue.
It probably also needs new U-bolts to attach the axel to the springs and the springs to the trailer frame.

A squirrel took up residence in the cabin this winter and there's still a little deodorizing to be done, but nothing too bad. I removed all the debris from the winter squatter!
