2019 Mercury 9.9 with salt water flush installed, electric start, and altenator
Major rub rail re-seal and replacement done March 2023. This was a huge job re-sealing the hull to deck joint with 4200, new stainless washers on the bolts, and new rubber extrusion.

Future attention needs:
Sails-the current sails are 10 years old and showing some wear. I would have no problem leaving on the boat for a week long trip. I just did it in June.
The trailer has rust but is still structurally sound with new running gear.
The cabin top and deck needs to be compunded and polished. Hull, rub rail down to water line was done March 2023 with 3M Marine Gelcoat compound and polish products. I will include remaining 3M compound product with sale. Pleanty to do remainder of boat.
There is a large stain/weathered area on aft bunk cushion that was there when I bought it.
Canvas tiller cover has tears but still works
