from a Precision dealer in CO.
This is a popular sailboat, in excellent condition, hardly used, with upgrades; perhaps the nicest P18 nationwide.
Typical P18 crew is two to four people; some single hand.
Precision boat production ended a few years ago, but information and OEM parts are still available, at precisionboatworks.com, and there is an active Precision forum at trailersailor.com.
This boats original owner day sailed it 6 days in ID lakes; the wife didn’t like sailing. The rest of the time it was parked in their garage.
We are the second owner, Nov 2021. We’ve moored/sailed it 4 months in a mountain reservoir, near Yakima, WA; the rest of the time it’s been parked in our garage.
Never in salt water, no accidents, no damage, no repairs.

Sails: OEM main with two reef points, mooring cover. OEM 120 jib on CDI furler. OEM 100 jib and storm jib.
