It still needs some tlc work before launching it to sail, but if you throw a motor on it you could probably float with it.
You could probably use it as an RV once the new owner's prep work is done.
My asking price for this titled boat and trailer is now considered firm by me; however I would be willing to consider a trade or a swap for a smaller sailboat with a cabin.
