1987 Nonsuch 22 with new electric propulsion.
Magic Time has been restored stem to stern in the last 4 years.
Propulsion: Electric Yachts QT10 system with 200AH LiFePo4 batteries. 3500 watt inverter/charger, charges from solar (MPPT) or 110/120 grid power. Pedestal guard mounted throttle control and system monitor. Approximately 5hr on new installation.
Mechanical: Prop shaft has been trued with new coupler, new cutlass bearing and strut has been inspected and reinstalled with new bronze bolts. Three blade sailor prop. Stuffing box packing replaced within the last 200 engine hours.
Electrical: Renogy 50 watt solar panel mounted above bimini and additional aux 50 watt that can be mounted on lifeline and plugged into 12 volt house system with 2 90AH Mastervolt AGM batteries.
Deck: Bow rail, double life lines, stern rail, swim/boarding platform, and dis-mountable dive style ladder. Anchor platform with Rocna anchor. Tides Marine Strong track, tapered battens two upper are full and two lower are extended. Top zippered sail pack in Navy Sunbrella. Very sturdy stainless steel bimini frame with Navy Sunbrella cover. Folding HDPE table and cup holders. Cockpit cushions, folding helmsman seat.
Cabin: Eno propane stove set up to use 1 pound bottles in locker. Composting head with prior holding tank area reworked to hold a 7 gallon portable water container and backup 2000KW gas generator. New 13 gallon bladder tank for onboard water system. New faucets in galley and head. Interior re-done with new Sunbrella fabric, new LED lighting, galley and head counter tops re-done, teak trim refinished and areas brightened up with polyurethane infused latex paint. Settees have been modified with a hinge at the rear to facilitate access to large storage areas. There are Caframo fans for each bunk and swiveling reading lights.
Bottom:Stripped and new barrier coat applied with 3 coats of water based ablative.
