  • Quality build by Bill Thomas, a professional builder and teacher at the Wooden Boat School in Brooklin, Maine.
  • Quality materials: Okume marine grade plywood hull. Spars and mast of sitka spruce from Shaw and Tenney in Maine, Ronstan and Harken hardware.

    Included:
  • road worthy Loadrite trailer with a long tongue and practically new 12” tires
  • 7.5 foot oars

    Design Details:
  • unstayed mast
  • lug rigged with reef points (sail new in 2015).
  • The boat will ghost nicely in a light breeze; with enough wind she will plane. Sails dry even in chop.
  • Buoyancy tanks built-in under the fore and aft decks, as well as under the aft thwart.
  • A small, self-draining outboard motor well is built into the aft deck.
  • The design is popular for its ease of rigging (as little as 10-15 minutes), superior performance, stability and ease of recovery.
