I added some structural support along the bilge and put new sleeping decks in. Also, the little bulkhead at the bow. I've never sailed it (and don't know anything about sailing), but was told the sails are in decent shape. I've used it a fair bit with a small outboard and have spent a couple nights on it. Trailer is in good shape and is super easy to tow. I've got too many projects and would love to see it go to a good home.
