6.5 ft draft board down 18 inches board up

3250lb 1200 of which is water ballast
Approx 200lb towing plus weight of trailer and stuff in boat

Storm jib, 100% jib and larger jib flatten out nicely

Head removed but have an unused head in garage I can throw in( I prefer bucket)
