Sail area: 62 sq. ft. sprit rig
Three Cheers is the third Melonseed Roger Crawford built for me over three decades, (hence the name) and I asked him to add some custom details. He gave the bottom an epoxy/graphite finish up to the waterline and separated it from the topsides with a handsome painted scarlet boot stripe. The effect is splendid, and she is a head-turner, and a fine example of the quality, craftsmanship, and detail of a Crawford Melonseed.
A few years ago, I took up rowing, and since then, my beautiful Melonseed has sat unused. She deserves better, which is why I want to sell her to someone who will enjoy and appreciate her as much as I have.
Details:
She has been continually garage-stored and is in great condition – washed, waxed, and ready for her new owner.
Her deck and topsides are free of dings or gouges.
She’s well-equipped with the following:
2011 Load Rite galvanized trailer custom fitted to the boat by Crawford, bearing buddies, and spare tire. New tires in 2022.

Galvanized Danforth anchor with chain and rode.
