This is a great sailing boat and the shoal draft (2.7 feet) makes a big difference where I sail in FL on the Intercoastal Waterway (ICW).
I have been focused on sailing and motoring updates to the boat.
New factory mast 2020.
New sails 2022 (main) and 2023 (135 Genoa)
New Lewmar 12ST self-tailing winches (2023).
Remanufactured Yanmar 1GM10 installed 2020, has less than 40 hours.
New fuel tank (2025).
Bimini and sail cover restitched 2024, new custom Sunbrella cover for entire cabin 2023.
The dodger and its frame are off the boat, it needs new glass, otherwise ok.
Garmin echoMap GPS with dept, navigation maps is mounted on the pedestal and has cables for depth and power led to it.
Beautiful compass on pedestal.
Danforth anchor with 30’ of chain and 100’ of rode in nifty anchor locker at the bow.
Sheets can be led back to the helm for solo sailing.
Interior: Professionally cleaned December 2024.
All cabin cushions are stored off the boat and in decent to very good condition.
75L water bladder, unused portapotti, clever swing-down dining table.
Faucet for the sink available, needs new water pump, or hand pump faucet.
Origo alcohol stove (original) never been used.
Large hatch above V-berth.
Older VHF radio.
New Bluesky circuit breaker panels but work needed to connect interior lights, pumps, etc.
The interior is not ready for cruising but the boat is well-equipped to sail and enjoy while updates are made! Has an automatic float-switched bilge pump.
Trailer: 2023 Magic Tilt galvanized made to the original factory specs with hydraulic brakes. Includes a spare.
Boat and trailer are about 6000 lbs total. Less than 20 miles on the trailer.
The boat is stored on its trailer during hurricane season and on a lift the rest of the year.
Trailer winch assists with mast-raising and lowering.
