I have boards to fit in deck so you can walk all around on the deck while fishing make a great skiff. I leave the mast up and they can give you some to balance yourself sometimes while walking around. Amazing storage areas. Two 6 gallon gas tanks that fit in the hatches will take you for miles and mile with the 2.3 honda or just sail for free. Mint condition Honda.
Come with Main sail and Mizzen both have reefing points. Sails are great condition.

4.5ft with keel down. About 6ft wide plenty of room to setup a tent on the flat deck. Make a great fishing skiff aswell, I love how I can walk all around the deck casting of throw a bait net. This weighted swinging keel is rare in a Core Sound 17 design.
