At Inverkeithing the Ninteenth day of December Seventeen hundred and ninty four years.

Which Day In Presence of Sir John Flinder son of Fordell Bart Provost, William Turnbull Esq. and Capt. David Ballingall Baillies James Barclay Dean of Guild and William Bonthson Treasurer all of said Burgh Compeared Lieut. Francis Godolphin Bond Royal Navy --who was admitted & received a Burges of said Burgh and in and to the haill libertee, privilidge & immunities the rite belonging who gave his oath de fidele Extracted By
