The post office box is safe, nobody can mess with the mail in the post office, it's a big crime here in the states. We call it a felony and put people in prison for messing with the US Mail.
I understand the boat is going to Ireland, where are you located? Do you have water suitable for Waverunners there too?

Sorry for the late payment delivery it was due to an icorrect address, however i will call my US CLIENT to ask for the delivery service used so that you can go over to their office in your area of location to pickup the package because it was actually sent to you via a registered priority envelope for it's safety.

Thanks for the immediate attention and response shown so far in the course of this transaction, however in respect of the payment delivery, there was this itch, i mean there was a mistaken of address/incorrect address.
And to this effect, i suggest you go straight to any TNT office in your area of location to collect the package. As exclaimed to me by my US CLIENT it was to be delivered by the TNT courier service, is that ok?
Hence i suggest you go to the nearest TNT office in your location to claim the package is that ok, thereafter keep me informed so that we can go ahead with our transaction.

I am very sorry for the late correspondence with you in regards to the status of the payment, however, i have contacted my US CLIENT to this respect and he called te respective delivery service assigned for the delivery, hence, he exclaimed that the package will be out for delivery this week, perhaps on or before mid-week..
Henceforth, bear with me and soonest the payment package will be due for delivery, furthermore, immediately this package is delivered and received, endeavour to keep me notified so that i can forward to you my agent's informations as to where he will be available to pickup the remaining funds from the payment after the deduction of your asking price.
I am looking forward to your absolute sincerity shown so far in the course of this transaction to immediately notify me immediately payment is received so that there can be an immediate transfer of the remaining funds prior to pickup because there will be an immediate need of the remaining funds by my agent, so also for him to be able to come down to your place of location for an immediate inspection prior to pickup.

Well it is to my delight to announce to you that i have been cleared by my debtor to issue out the CERTIFIED FUNDS in your name but i need to be assured that i can trust you on receipt of the FUNDS you shall endeavour to transfer the balance immediately to my Attorney Client who shall be at hand after the receipt of the balance transferred by you to him, for the pick up of the Yamaha Wave Venture (after you must have deduct your price) hence my shipper can be capable of shipping it to its final destination All information as to whom and where to transfer the remaining balance shall be given as the transaction goes on.
I need an answer to this as soon as possible not later than today.

I received the check the next day. Now I guess I'll have to report it to the post office, I don't think fraud with the mails is something they like.
